Six week check tomorrow — what should I actually ask?
Given what I read here in January about four-minute appointments, I'd like to walk in with a list. What did you wish you'd asked, or what got brushed off that you had to chase later?

Writing it down tonight. This community has genuinely prepared me better than any of the books.

Paper is the trick. Verbal questions get a verbal wave-off. A list gets answers.

This exact advice in January is why I got assessed. Take the list in on paper. Mine got through it because it was written down and I looked serious.

Ask specifically: is my pelvic floor assessed, not just 'am I cleared'. Ask about any leaking, heaviness, or pain with sex — none of those are things to accept. And ask what they'd want you to come back for rather than tough out.
