One twin sleeps, one doesn't, and I've run out of ideas

Same room, same routine, same everything. One goes down at 7 and sleeps. The other treats bedtime as a personal insult. At what point do we separate them, and does that ever work?

Also worth saying — you'll get it back later. Mine share a room again now, by choice, and it's fine.

'Two different people who happen to have been born together.' I might need that framed.

It's not a failure, it's just two different people who happen to have been born together. Nobody expects siblings 18 months apart to share a sleep schedule.

We separated at 10 months and both slept within a week. I wish we'd done it three months earlier and I'd stopped feeling like it was a failure.
