How much milk should I actually be sending to daycare
Starting daycare in six weeks and they've asked how many bottles a day. She's EBF and I genuinely have no idea how much she takes because, well, I'm not a bottle. How did you work this out?

Also label everything with a sharpie, not the nice labels. The nice labels come off in the fridge.

1 to 1.5 an hour is exactly the number I needed, thank you. Nobody would give me a number.

Rough rule for an exclusively breastfed baby: about 1 to 1.5 oz per hour you're away. Most land around 3-4 oz per bottle. Send an extra bottle for the first week and adjust — daycares would much rather have too much than call you.
