Ingredients of each food item contain benefits for nutrient replenishment in postpartum specifically. All food products are also free of artificial flavors, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, gums, and all the other junk! While not all products are certified gluten-free, all products are free of ingredients that contain gluten.
