Join Caitlin Breen, a certified massage therapist, yoga instructor, and doula, for a 2.5-hour instructional workshop for the birthing person and their partner. This interactive workshop is designed to educate and empower the partner to support the birthing person in the birthing process. Together you will learn:

How to use a birth ball and peanut ball to naturally speed up the birthing process.

Labor comfort measures and supportive positions for any way you birth your child, whether that is unmedicated, with an epidural, or via cesarean section.

Massage techniques to stay connected throughout labor, relax and relieve tension, and encourage contractions.

Ways to support both partners in connecting to their new baby and each other during labor, birth, and the fourth trimester.

Expect to be up and moving around with your partner for a hands-on, kinesthetic experience. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring one yoga mat and one birth/exercise ball per couple.
