I’ve been serving families in our community as a Midwifery Assistant & Childbirth Educator for the past 5 years. 

Through love & purpose I continue to cultivate & weave threads of my birth work together. 

I'm excited to offer an enhanced level of service & support as an Essential Oil Childbirth Guide, specially trained in the use of essential oils for maternal wellness and the birth journey.

Essential oils provide potent holistic support for each phase of the birth journey: before & during pregnancy, at birth, through postpartum & beyond. 

As your Essential Oil Childbirth Guide, we'll develop personalized essential oil plans to support you throughout each phase. 

Together we will safely integrate essential oils into your daily self care. We will utilize aromatherapy and topical applications combined with breath work and coping techniques to create wellness rituals that  ease body, mind & spirit, prepare you for birth and help you transition through & enjoy each rite of passage of your birth journey.

With delighted hearts, Jena Baird and I are happy to announce our Summer Mother’s Blessing! We’re especially excited to be gathering at the beautiful Crows End Retreat over the Summer Solstice weekend. 

Whether you’re preparing for your first birth, last birth, or one that falls in between, we hope you will join us for this Ceremony & Retreat of Preparation, Nourishment, Strength, Empowerment, Support and Celebration.

This day will be an opportunity to unite as a collective, and unlock the power of our innate wisdom; to connect to the wisdom born into us of our ancestors and elders and to harness that energy as a community, which will empower and guide us on this transformational journey.

Our gathering is crafted with the deepest love and greatest intention, woven into every detail. Our time together is meant to be everlasting; the bonds we create, the tools we discover and practices we implement, will accompany you not only through this day but through your labor, birth, postpartum and beyond.

Our intention for Seasonal Pre & Post Birth Retreats (Mother Blessings & Mama Circles), is to reclaim the sacred and spiritual elements of birth and motherhood, and to witness and support mother’s through all phases and transformations of her birth journey. We endeavor to bring awareness that giving birth and mothering are not only physical experiences; they hold powerful mental, emotional and spiritual aspects as well. Our purpose is to nurture and honor mother’s during this tender, empowering and transformative time, within a village of sisterhood. 

We have spent our entire lives preparing for these moments….
