Build strength and confidence in your body and abilities over the course of this 6-week program. Created as a collaboration between pelvic floor physical therapist, Dr. Annick Lamb, and perinatal exercise specialist, Steph Potter, this program bridges the gap between pelvic health and training for the perfect postpartum recovery program.

This program is for you if:

  • You just had your baby and are itching to get back into some sort of movement routine

  • You’re afraid you may have diastasis recti and not sure what to do about it

  • You’re cleared for exercise but your body feels foreign to you and you don’t know where to start

  • You’ve heard buzzwords like “pelvic floor” and “DR” but don’t really know what they mean or what to look for

  • You’re looking for clarity and guidance amidst all the information out there

  • You want to feel strong, confident and like yourself again

  • You’re experiencing pain with sex, leaking during movement or abdominal “coning” and don’t know what to do about it
