Starting Solids Course

Starting Solids: The Basics will teach you everything you need to feel comfortable preparing and offering solids to your little one! Topics covered include gear selection, how to offer foods, what to do for gagging vs choking, how to handle allergies, and how to identify when your infant is ready for different feeding milestones. Taught by a mom of an 8 month old who is also a maternal health occupational therapist with multiple years of pediatric feeding experience.
