We are the Living Lēla co-founders Wendy Obstler, C-IAYT/ RYT500 (Certified Yoga Therapist) & Deborah Anderson, PhD, RYT500, TCTSY-F (Health & Neuropsychologist/Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher) and have over 18+ years of experience working with infertility and maternal wellness.

We initially created the Soulful Conceptions™ programs, including the “Be More, Do Less™ 12-Week Fertility Coaching” program, to help women (and their partners) through the ups and downs of fertility challenges. Our work has expanded to include pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
