I’m the founder of Little Oaks Rooted, where I provide compassionate, practical support for families through pregnancy, postpartum, newbornhood, and early childhood. I’m a maternal and family wellness professional, PPD-ICS Certified Postpartum Doula, Certified Positive Parenting Coach, and Early Childhood Specialist with more than 25 years of experience supporting children, families, and early childhood programs.

I provide in-person support locally in the Cary, Raleigh, and surrounding Triangle area of North Carolina, as well as virtual support to families nationwide.
