I love assisting and supporting new moms during the first busy and sleep deprived weeks so they can enjoy their babies and motherhood to the fullest !

As a postpartum doula my role is to help moms to recover from birth, learn the breastfeeding basics and the baby care essentials like swaddling, dressing, bathing and soothing techniques.

I offer families 4 hrs daytime visits in order to observe at least one (breast)feeding. My experience over the last 5 years includes caring for twins and preemies.
