I am your guide in teaching you how to bond with your baby. There are so many benefits to creating a healthy and secure bond with your baby. These classes are designed to help you understand your baby’s cues, emotions, bonding, gas/colic and help over all growth and development.

4-week schedule:

Week one: Legs & Feet

Week two: Tummy & Gentle Movements

Week three: Chest, Arms & Hands

Week four: Face & Back

Along with the strokes I will be teaching about oils, history of IAIM, best conditions for massage, behavioral state, relief of colic/gas, infant cues, crying, benefits, reflexes, and adaptations for the growing child.

You will receive a 2 oz bottle of organic cold pressed massage oil and a folder that includes handouts needed for the workshop. Prior to starting I will send you forms via email to fill out and materials that you will need for yourself and baby to ensure comfort during the series.
