Having worked with doula families for the past 10 years, it’s only in recent years that I’ve discovered the magic of little reprieves to ease the parental transition into newbornland. I offer 1-2 hour sessions for parents navigating the waters of feeding, sleep, healing, and their new family dynamics. I’m passionate about supporting families through the ups and downs of the early postpartum period. For some it’s taking your baby out for some fresh air in the stroller or carrier while you sleep and for others it’s processing your birth experience and soothing a fussy baby while you enjoy a much needed shower.
