I am a doula who is passionate about supporting women on their birth journey throughout NWA! I am a full-service doula who helps prepare you for labor & the postpartum period. My birth preparation services include help with birth plan creation, strategic positioning, comfort measures, childbirth education, and breastfeeding education. During labor, I offer calm, comfort, reassurance, positioning suggestions, advocacy, and information.
