I am a fully certified Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula. I trained to teach prenatal yoga with Gurmukh at Golden Bridge Yoga. I am also mother to a spectacular teenager, and his dog, plus two chickens. I respect and value autonomy, personal responsibility, and consent, leading with love and honesty, science, listening to intuition, and speaking the truth.
