Perinatal Yoga & Movement Workshop for Parents & Babies

A gentle flow class focusing on the somatic + physiological experience of the perinatal chapters.

Pregnant & postpartum parents are welcome to attend with non-crawling babies & partners who wish to support them and/or take some of class.

We will explore the inner realms & layers of both physical + subtle being for each mama/parent in their pregnancy & parenting journey.

Herbal teas for prenatal + postpartum support provided.
