Welcome! I’m Stephanie Adney, aka The Kitchen Doula. I’m a life-long Memphian and self-proclaimed birth nerd with a passion for helping women reclaim their postpartum experience.

 As I became interested in the birth world I noticed a huge lack of societal support surrounding the postpartum time. Food and nutrition were especially neglected and most people seemed to be “on their own.”

I’m seeking to change that by offering postpartum doula services with a strong emphasis on feeding the new family. Options are available for meal delivery as well as personalized in-home care in Shelby and Tipton Co., TN.
