My practice is grounded in guiding my clients to make informed, consensual decisions that allow for you and your family to create positive memories surrounding your birth experience.

Knowing that we can only make decisions with what information we have at the time, I support and empower each birthing person to advocate for themselves & to provide resources and tools to help make the most informed decisions for them and their families—ones they can feel proud of. I provide trauma-informed, evidence based care (informational, emotional, and physical) regarding pregnancy and labor. I strongly believe in the power of personalized care (another reason I became a doula) as it creates more positive labor outcomes and aids healing and community building.

I believe that all birthing people deserve this right & because of that I aim to make my services accessible for you. I aim to help all families have positive memories surrounding their birth experience.  I believe that birth is natural and normal. My philosophies around birth include empowerment, the use of movement, breath work, essential oils, massage, and affirmations.
