We are the Living Lēla co-founders Wendy Obstler, C-IAYT/ RYT500 (Certified Yoga Therapist) & Deborah Anderson, PhD, RYT500, TCTSY-F (Health & Neuropsychologist/Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher) and have over 18+ years of experience working with infertility and maternal wellness.

We initially created the Soulful Conceptions™ programs, including the “Be More, Do Less™ 12-Week Fertility Coaching” program, to help women (and their partners) through the ups and downs of fertility challenges. Our work has expanded to include pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
Our proven system of concepts, exercises, and coaching teaches you how to listen to your body, connect to your breath (particularly as you navigate the stress of uncertainty), and cope with the many facets and challenges that arise during the path of fertility and parenthood. The Soulful Conceptions™ programs incorporate tools from yoga, breathwork, meditation/mindfulness, Psychology, and self-acupressure (Fertility Ball Method®), along with education on lifestyle factors that impact reproductive health and overall well-being (e.g., nutrition, toxins, stress, etc.).

We are here to tell you that there is no more you need to do. Instead, we invite you to be more and do less. That probably sounds a little crazy, huh?! But hopefully, it also makes you feel more hopeful, lighter, and empowered to move forward in whatever phase of life you are traversing. And we are here to help guide and support you.
