As your Ayurvedic postpartum doula, I accompany you as a complement to your midwife and your birth team lovingly after your birth. The “sacred window”, the 6-8 weeks after welcoming your baby earthside is truly transformative. You get used to being a newborn mother, or a mother of more than one child and need all the care in the world to gently move through these weeks.

A postpartum doula is a non-medical professional who supports women, as well as their families after delivery. A postpartum doula can be described as a “best friend” or “mama figure” for you, who helps you and your family as you navigate the precious postpartum time. Postpartum doulas provide informational, physical, emotional, spiritual, housekeeping, and cooking support.

I have been trained as an Ayurvedic postpartum doula and an Ayurvedic postpartum cook. With plus 10 years of experience in Ayurvedic cooking, as well as being an Ayurveda nutrition and lifestyle trainer, I will support you to stay in balance throughout this journey. Consistently, I am taking new educational programs to further my Ayurveda and postpartum training – to offer you the best support out there!
