Liminal Physical Therapy + Wellness

This gift certificate can be offered at any point for physical therapy +/or wellness support. During pregnancy, we work together to help prevent or decrease discomfort, support you in feeling strong and at ease in your body, and in preparation for your individual beautiful birth. For postpartum, early on benefits include bodywork, feeding ergonomics, proactive pelvic floor and deep core re-connection, and addressing discomforts; and continue throughout postpartum including building back strength, and progressing to activities you love with guidance and sustainability. We address any discomforts, symptoms, and concerns you may have, with education and actionable tools for you to take home.
