Imagine Pelvic Health

Leanne is a pelvic floor occupational therapist who is passionate about guiding and empowering women to find balance and to restore their bodies so that they can participate in the activities that mean the most to them. She takes a full mind-body approach and encourages her clients to listen to their bodies. She aims to use meaningful, client-led, holistic approaches to help her clients live fulfilling lives.

Leanne graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. She has experience in many different practice areas including outpatient pediatrics, early intervention, pediatric feeding, and hospital-based care. She has always been fascinated with birth. She is an advocate for women to have control over their births and to receive comprehensive care postpartum.

Leanne has completed extensive post-professional education through Herman and Wallace and the Institute for Birth Healing. She is also a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for Individuals.

Common concerns that Leanne can help with or reasons clients seek care include difficulty making it to the bathroom on time, leaking with exercise, coughing, sneezing, etc, fear of starting or returning to exercise, pain with sex or intimacy, uncomfortable pelvic pressure or feeling like something is falling out, fear of childbirth, difficulty inserting menstrual products or gynecological exam, difficulty connecting to the core during movement, desire to prepare for labor and birth, and curiosity about how to optimize pelvic health and wellness. Leanne will see clients postpartum as soon as they are comfortable.
