Tuesdays with Thrive

Join us every first Tuesday of the month for Tuesdays with Thrive. This is a free community offering. Come as you are. Bring your newborn baby and join us for coffee, or pop by on the way to work as you get your day started.

• This drop in coffee meet up is a complimentary offering.

• Come for a few minutes, or stay the whole time.

• Meet the therapists at Thrive in this informal and casual get together.

Join other pregnant + postpartum parents, or connect with new friends in postpartum and gain support as you return to work or transition into a new chapter.

We meet the first Tuesday of the month at Caje Arlington in Santa Barbara, California. Look for the strollers and the Tuesdays with Thrive sign.
