Postpartum Support Group

This weekly therapist-led group is a place for moms to find connection and support through the ups and downs of new motherhood. This group is a safe space to talk about the less-than-glamorous parts of postpartum adjustment. We will explore topics like anxiety, mom rage, relationships, finding your new normal and more.

Group structure is:

Group is held weekly, Fridays from 10:00 – 11:00am
