Feeling overwhelmed by motherhood? You’re not alone! Join our supportive therapeutic group for moms, led by associate therapist, Yadira Gomez. We discuss challenges, celebrate wins, and build a village of encouragement.

Childcare available upon request. We will provide fun, developmental activities for kiddos!

Everyone voted for an open group so we want it to be open but we must have RSVP’s 24 hours in advance and we would prefer if people could commit to the 8 week series and will provide a discount for doing so 😊
