Spinning Babies® ONLINE Birth Prep Course

You and your baby will experience birth together. This course gives you the pathway to work with yourself, your body, and your baby. Doing this program, you’ll increase your range of motion in your body. You are able to move with more ease, and perhaps, your baby is likely to move with more ease, too. Feel comfort today and have more ease in your birth process. The course includes printable downloads to chart your activities, share with your provider, reflect on your experiences, and remind you of techniques.

Participants will have access to and are to complete the entire SpinningBabies® Online Parent Birth Prep Class and take notes on each section as they go.

Participants will also have access to online FB group to post questions and form community as they go. Additional personalized online support will be broken up into 3, one hour online Office Hour sessions focusing on :

Activities and Techniques ( Lab)

Day 3)

Labor and Birth Birthing Positions ( lab )

In person workshops to review hand on techniques will be made an additional option for those wanting to embody the various SpinningBabies® tools taught.

In response to the incredible feedback and tremendous support from our expanding network of parents, we have made the decision to transition our product focus from supporting parents working from home to a product that caters to postpartum mothers. The insights and experiences shared by our users have highlighted the unique challenges and needs that arise during this transformative phase.
