Dance Like a Mother is led by Dr. Monica, a pediatric and maternal health occupational therapist who brings clinical knowledge in movement, safety, and ergonomics. There is a bonus carrier and baby wrap fit check for those dancing with their babies. Whether you come with just yourself or your little one, this class is about embracing the joy of movement and fostering emotional and physical health. It’s not a professional dance class – just a space for you to have fun and dance like a mother!
