My dear wife,
As I sit here and watch you hold our newborn baby in your arms, I am filled with a sense of awe and admiration. Watching you become a mother has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life, and I am constantly in awe of your strength, your courage, and your love.
When we first found out that you were pregnant, I was filled with a mixture of excitement and fear. I knew that our lives were about to change in ways that we could never have imagined, and I wasn’t sure if I was ready for it. But as the months went by and our baby grew inside of you, I began to understand just how strong and resilient you truly are.
I remember the first time I felt our baby kick, and the look of amazement on your face as you felt it too. I remember the long hours we spent researching and preparing for the arrival of our child, and the late-night conversations we had about what kind of parents we wanted to be. And I remember the day you went into labor, and the way your eyes shone with determination as you brought our child into the world.
In those early days and weeks, as we struggled to adjust to life with a newborn, I was constantly amazed by your ability to adapt and to care for our child. I watched as you learned to breastfeed, and as you soothed our baby’s cries with a gentle touch and a soothing song. I saw the way you put our child’s needs before your own, and the way you never once complained about the sleepless nights and the endless feedings.
And as our child has grown and changed, I have continued to be in awe of the mother you have become. I have watched as you have nurtured and supported our child, as you have taught them to crawl and walk and talk. I have seen the way you have guided and protected them, and the way you have loved them with every fiber of your being.
To be honest, I don’t know if I could have done it without you. You have been my rock and my support throughout this whole journey, and I am so grateful to have you by my side.
So on this special day, as we celebrate the joy of motherhood, I want you to know how much I love and admire you. You are an incredible wife, and an even more incredible mother, and I am so lucky to have you in my life.
